1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pamosta ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on Pamosta. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Pamosta is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Pamosta. By posting content, you grant Pamosta a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must not post content that:

• Violates any law of the Republic of Zambia
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, threats, or harassment
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Is spam or misleading

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Platform without permission
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users

6. Content Moderation

Pamosta reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Users may report content that violates these Terms using the reporting feature.

7. Intellectual Property

The Pamosta name, logo, and all related marks are the property of Pamosta. You may not use our branding without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pamosta is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zambia.
